Mr. Antonis Vartholomeos, Pancreta Bank CEO, stated: "After a year of hard work, we have successfully completed the absorption of HSBC's operations in Greece. A great milestone for Pancreta, inaugurating a new organization and welcoming excellent staff. This would not have been done without the valuable support of our strategic shareholders, Thrivest Holding Ltd and the excellent cooperation with the Bank of Greece. I want to congratulate and express my gratitude to the teams of both organizations who worked systematically showing readiness and persistence to successfully complete this demanding and complex project. We are committed to continuing to provide a high level of service to the customers we have just welcomed, further enhancing their experience with our bank."
